We DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

  3. We keep project files for 90 days after final delivery unless you request earlier deletion.

Refund Policy

All Sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of audio engineering services - including recording, mixing, mastering, and related work - NO REFUNDS will be issued once payment has been made.

We encourage clients to provide clear notes, references, and feedback throughout the process to ensure the final product meets their expectations. Each mixing service includes up to 3 revisions to ensure your track meets your expectations. A "revision" is defined as a reasonable adjustment request (such as volume changes, EQ tweaks, or balance adjustments. If additional revisions are needed beyond the included 3, you may purchase a Revision Pack for $25, which provides 3 additional revisions. These initial and additional revisions must also be used within 15 days of purchase.
